So busy!

We have been so busy!
Monday we had a great time at the Mom and Kid breakfast.  We get together about once a month to eat breakfast together and let the kids play.  This Monday we met at a park and it was a gorgeous day to eat together and play!
Tuesday was ladies bible class which has become my favorite time of the week.  Not only because it is time to study and learn from the inspiring women of our church but Jonas gets to play and Tinzley gets to play too.
This Tuesday we went to our friend Rachel's house for lunch and had a good  time there too.
Wednesday we headed to Ms. Christy's so I could watch her kiddos for her. This is where Jonas used to go to daycare.  This time there were 11 kids including mine.  It is a nice time for Jonas to get to play and for me to make some extra money!
Today we did not have anything planned but we ran out of diapers for Tinzley so we made an impromptu run to the grocery store and then headed over to some new friends house who just happen to live in Alabaster.  They have a little boy around Jonas' age and they love to play together!!
I also finally took some pictures of Tinzley in the bath.  It just happen to be the one time she was trying to crawl out!  Crazy!
We are so excited for next week and my parents coming.  Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving Place Cards idea

I have always wanted to have place cards for Thanksgiving dinner.  Do not ask why, because I do not know.  Well, with all of my school supplies sitting out in the garage I thought I would put it to good use.  Or some use, maybe not good.  Anyways,  here is an idea I found on the web and made it my own.  All you need is some red, yellow, brown, and orange paint, black puffy paint, and I used manilla folders or you could use card stock, fun scissors and your hand!

First Black Eye/Bruise

Yesterday as I was getting ready for Ladies Bible Study I heard Tinzley crying from my bedroom. Well, about 2 min before this I had told Jonas to stop throwing toys on the bed because he was going to hit Tinzley. Well, hit Tinzley he did! Right in the eye! Poor baby.

She also fell off the bed last night when I was at Ladies Night Out at church. One for me, One for dad! It made me feel a little bit better that she got hurt on his watch too! :)

Six month pics

Well, we headed over to my friend Andrea's house on Monday morning to take Tinzley's six month pics. I wanted to get some pictures of the two kids together but the first thing Tinzley did was fall over and hit her head. Needless to say, she was not so happy after that and did not want to sit up with the fear of falling again. I was ready to scratch the whole photo shoot but Andrea was more patient and we ended up with some great shots. She eventually warmed up and actually put a smile on her face. While I was taking care of Tinzley, Andrea got a few of Jonas. For once, he was behaving. :) Enjoy and THANKS ANDREA! (and Ben for fixing the computer)

Sunday outfit/Haircut

I have not posted a real post in a week. Crazy I know! I just have not felt up to it. We have been pretty busy too. It is amazing how you can be so busy but not really do anything. I am sure I am thoroughly confusing some of you. It is just hard some times to look back at my week and realized I have not talked to any adults, really. It is also hard to take care of a family and not feel like anyone is taking care of you. Again, this is why I did not feel like posting. I am a downer right now huh?

I did want to post some pics of the kids though. I loved Tinzley's Sunday outfit last week. It was so me. I also gave Jonas a haircut against his will and that is SO much fun. Tinzley is also eating some puffs from the table now.
